Washing line area - Paving and Structure to cover Washing Lines

We are wanting to transform an area behind our garage into a washing area and veggie planter boxes. We will require: Fixing 2 washing lines to the concrete wall. (wall mounted ones) We supply. Build basic structure around these two washing lines to put an acrylic roofing on top. (We supply materials) Pave ground area. (We supply materials) Build permanent planter box 1m x 3.5m. (We supply materials) We can supply the materials - but would need to work with the builder to size up the job. Please see photo of the existing area. I will endeavor to get a plan of what we require up on here too.
