Lay retaining wall bricks into terraced garden THIS WEEK

I have run out of time to finish a small garden retaining wall brick DIY project, as it must be finished THIS WEEK because I have someone coming to install a water feature over part of it on 24 June. The length is about 3 metres. I've uploaded a photo of how it looks now, and a reference photo of the kind of terrace shape I'm going for. It's not the simplest design, but it's not complex enough to need a full landscape designer; just enough engineering + manpower to install on a site with 40 stairs down to access. THE JOB HAS TO BE COMPLETED THIS WEEK AND CAN ONLY GO TO SOMEONE WHO IS ABLE TO DO THAT. Please help me by only submitting for it if you are available to start right away. I'm not in a position to consider longer timeframes as it must be completed before a water feature can go in on Monday 24 June. Btw I would like to lay more terraces like this around my garden and will be happy to make this a bigger project if I find the right person with the right price. Otherwise, I'll continue with the others DIY and it'll just take me longer by myself :)
