Wooden retaining wall minor remodel and repair

We have a retaining wall with half a dozen posts that were never levelled off at the top of the wall. There is also one plank that needs to be reinstated. I want someone with a decent chain saw to level these large (250mm diameter) posts and to reinstate the plank that has come away from the posts.

Repair retaining wall and deck

2 large trees toppled over and have damaged the retaining wall and deck. Need a 5 l/m section of retaining wall replaced, as well as deck repaired. Retaining wall is 1.2m high. Access is limited digger will have to drive over decking which is at ground level to access the area to be worked on. There are tree stumps and a couple of palms that will have to be removed in order to do the work too. The deck area is approximately 56m2.

Renovating property - need to tidy and add new plants

Renovating a house to sell. Need to remove various plants, tidy current ones, add new plants and pavers/ mulch or stones, level one part and add lawn. Will need help with design. Seems like grass won't grow on the side of the house and at the back by the big tree so will need to add mulch or something that will look good but not too expensive. Bury water pipe
