Small garden set-up

Hi there, this is a really straightforward little job that I'd love someone's help with. I want to create a new garden in the area shown below in the photographs. I need someone to remove the strange triangle of wood beside the garden shed, add new wood boundaries to a new garden and add a wood finishing to a concrete pad (like photo 1). If you're able to also source the soil/bark and do the planting that would be great - but I can do that bit if not your gig. I'll supply plants. Thanks for reading :-)
