New Lawn

Hi. I have a 100sqm (10 x 10 x 10) backyard that i need cleared (currently has some small trees, 2 small sheds, vegetable garden, some concrete) levelled (possibly although already flatish), drainage put in, ready lawn installed, boxing around the perimeter of the lawn and lily pily hedging planted and small deck of about 10sqm at ground level built. Would like done in advance of spring if possible.
