Wooden retaining wall in garden required plus scoria and weed mat

Require approximately 400mm high x 6m long wooden retaining wall for garden. Also need approximately 200mm high x 3m long retaining wall perpendicular to the 6m retaining wall. If possible weed mat and scoria required 1m wide x approx 12m long to be laid in front of fence and behind garage. Scoria also required in garden elsewhere approx 500mm x 6m.
