We are overall happy withe the job completed. The owner may have underestimated the pricing when they have actually done the job. And that was written on the tax invoice stating that they had actually done more hour than what it should be. Maybe they need to have a correct pricing next time and that's the lesson for them. However, we maybe using other people.

"That is pretty disappointing that you Placed such a review. You changed the specifications of the job midway through. You describe the job differently and then as we start you come with your wife and interrupt us more than 10 times telling us how to do our job. Obviously we charged you a smaller amount initially because you wanted something different. Then when already starting you changed your mind. Be clear with what you want in the future please."
