Leveling and paving a small patio

We need a paved patio about 3m x 4m. The existing lawn (about 3m x 10m) needs leveling. One side will be paved, one side will need ready lawn put down. The first photo shows the area to be paved, the second shows the whole lawn. I anticipate about 3m2 of dirt will need to be taken away, as the lawn is slightly sloping upwards away from the house. We may also need a timber edge made to go around the edge of the garden, about 10cm high perhaps. It might be impossible, but ideally this job would be finished by Christmas!

Sean was amazing. He quoted the job the day after I posted it, started it within a week and finished the whole job in two days! Other landscaping firms couldn’t start for three months, and their quotes were two to three times higher than Estate Landscapes. Sean and Georgia were friendly and respectful, and worked solidly, digging out 5 cubic metres of soil by hand, paving a patio, building a garden edge and laying ready lawn. So impressed.
