New Lawn

I am looking at growing some new grass for my front lawn and was advised to get a bit more top soil and am interested in tall fescue. Attached a file with the current state of my lawn, I have already got rid of the old grass and weeds. Dimension also included. Can you provide a quote for the amount of top soil and seeds I need please? The depth from the top of the soil to the pavement level is just below 10cm. Many Thanks, Felix
