backyard water flow redirect

we are interested in getting some work done in our backyard where there is rainwater accumulating in front of our house. Our backyard is a bit of a slope where the tiled pathways are ( blue arrows in photos) and during rainy days they collect just in front of our house and we are worried that overtime /too much accumulation will cause problem to our house material. We looking at ways to redirect the rain water. Secondly (red "D" in photos) is our household drains from the kitchen/showers , which is a little prehistoric and we would like to know if we can have some work done with it so it doesn't collect debris from the garden so easily causing overflow etc. We would like to have some cost effective options.
