Retaining wall for garden

Would like a wooden retaining wall constructed in the corner of our backyard (set in concrete and permanent). We had two which were layered but I have removed the lower one and we would like a new one built approximately 70cm in height and 4 meters in width. Needs to hold pre-existing trees and plants. Please quote including materials.
