Remove Old Pavers and Lay new ones in the Backyard

Hi, I have a backyard which has been neglected for a while. I would like to remove the existing paving (see pictures) and replace them with new ones or rearrange them (see proposed plan). I would also like someone to suggest the best way to tidy up my backyard. The backyard is roughly 900cm x 500cm.
