Replace Existing retaining wall + advice on best approach with consultation with neighbours 2

Hi, I need someone to replace a retaining wall at my place. I will need someone to do a site visit and provide advice on what is the best approach. Ideally you will coordinate with my neighbours as the wall is on their boundary and we need to make sure it suits with their plans. Also, it will be important that we make sure all work is cleaned up on their property -and every way we can we need to stay off their property as I recently made some mess on a recent job so I want to make sure that is not repeated. If there is soil on their property (already there or as a result of the work) it will need cleaned up. I have no idea how much it costs so please ignore the budget I will pay what it needs to get it done.
