Landscape Retaining Walls (Below 1.5m)

Construct new retaining wall along two boundaries of of section approx 17m long + 6m long. Height will be max 1m at one end and sloped down to 0.5m other end (approx). No building consent or permit will be required required. I need to get a digger in (separate job) to dig out corner of section. I can get them to do post holes then.
