Repairing raised bed and landscape work

We have an existing raised bed on one side of the house that needs to be repaired / replaced. Some of the existing wood has rotted away. We also have some existing raised beds out the front that we would like taken out and replaced with either grass or paving depending on where the beds are. Ideally we would like a small paved patio by the front door and other beds by the house replaced with grass.
