replace wood retaining wall and steps

Need to have an existing wooden retaining wall replaced, including 2 step stairs. wall is 8m long and tapers from .65m on one end to .3m on the other, constructed of approx 14 120mmx120mm x 8m sleepers. existing anchors/posts do not appear to need replacement, just the wall.
