Raised vege garden

Hi there. I have two small landscaping jobs to to done. 1. A raised vege garden. The area is is not symmetrical and covers approx 2x3 metres and would like the height to be approx 60cm. The ares is not flat, the difference of not more than 20 cm. Surrounding area to finished with cement or something similar (approx 3 sqm). 2. Complete a small boxed garden area with a back wall so it can be filled in. The length of this wall is approx 4 metres. The area has been semi constructed (by a tradesman) but just need to complete the back wall so when filled it does not sit up against the fence. Photos supplied of the areas 1 - the new raised garden. 2 - the garden back wall to complete.
