30 meter retaining wall

Hi There, We are currently extending our boundary and need a retaining wall to run approx 30 meters of the fence line. Retaining wall needs to be about 1 meter high. We have started excavating as much as possible but need advice on correct way to do this (to avoid neighbors fence falling over!) and then have someone build the retaining wall. Keen to get this going ASAP Cheers Adam
