Simple Garden landscaping required

I have an empty garden on a slope, so I would like the following done: - Removing the grass entirely - Build a retaining wall and level the garden - Put some synthetic grass all the way except on either side where I would want a border with bark (so that I can plant in there later). - Plant one big tree in the corner thank you
