Super happy with outcome - my aircon unit (10-15 years old ) wouldn't start, Kris identified the problem , but it was too far gone. I had expected I might be looking at $800 to $1000 repair, which Kris could have done, but it wouldn't have made sense, so we next we discussed options, which is where my excellent deal came up - kris had a second hand unit that was in good condition, so later the same day he returned and installed the unit. Work was top standard, better than the original !
