Patch holes from old floor, ceiling and wall vents

Ideally looking for someone with general experience in building, plaster, carpet, vinyl flooring, paint. Understand we may not find someone to do it all. Would appreciate help sourcing whatever is required to complete the job. Keen to start asap. 2 old ceiling HRV vents to be patched. Bonus if you can do the interior paint to finish it. 9 old floor vents, and 1 wall vent to be patched. 2 of the floor vents are on vinyl flooring with very limited space to get to from under the house. 7 floor vents are on carpet, which we have some spare to cut and use.
