Two sash windows in a 1910 cottage need easing. The first is stuck/painted shut and needs to be freed up so that it can be opened. On the second, the shutters on the right side of the window need to removed and the ropes replaced, and the window freed up to make it open, then the shutter refitted. The paint work will need to be touched up once this is completed
