Skylight in awkward spot needs a plastic layer attaching

Hi we have a single glazed skylight and it needs a clear corflute or similar material extra layer added. It's high up above a staircase so will need a fancy ladder. There's a rebate around it that would fit the layer comfortably thus making a second layer of "glazing" for improved insulation. Material must be flat profile and can be frosted or translucent as the sun in summer is unbearable too. Size is about 1800 square.
