Seeking advice on possible moisture concerns (ASAP)

We had a builder's report done on our place and their meter detected a higher than usual moisture reading. It was considered inconclusive as there was no other signs of moisture ingress. Since that report, we've put a hole in the gib to see if we could see anything of concern. Everything looks to be fine, but we are wanting a builder to pop over to take a look and provide a second opinion. We are not after a written report - just want someone to pop over, take a long and share their verbal opinion. If there are issues, then I would be interested in what the remedy could be. Cheers
