Re gib & rangehood installation

Hi there, We are after a builder or handyman capable of doing a re-gib a behind our kitchen sink. And also helping us install a new rangehood...this will not be replacing an existing one, so need to have a good idea on how to place it. we are yet to purchase the rangehood as we need to figure out which type is best for the space...ive added some photos to show where the rangehood will need to go...the squares are where it needs to go...I= inside of the house, O= outside, where the ventilation i assume would need to come out...so its not directly against an exterior wall if that makes sense. cheers, Philippa & Ben
