Window replacement and rotted timber repair

We have a timber window that has rotted out and were advised to get a new one to replace it (we got a second hand replacement). Need someone to replace the window with a new one and touch up weatherboards and internal gib as the new one is slightly narrower. Also need someone to replace some or all of a timber column in our french doors that has rotted at the bottom (see pics).
