Small gate repair, replace 1 deck railing, vent dryer

1.) We would like to change the way our small front gate closes , it currently slams shut in the wind etc and has therefore dropped making it difficult to open and close. We would like to have soft closing hardware installed Gate is wooden and measures 1440 x 1530mm 2.) We would like a rotten railing replaced on the upper deck Rough measurements 900 x 30mm 3.) Our dryer needs a flexi pipe fitted to enable it to connect with the exterior vent
