General Outdoor Maintenance

Our tenanted property at 26a Ponsonby Road has a few jobs that need doing. Here are the jobs and an estimate of time it might take. 1. Clean gutters (1-2 hours) 2. Wash outside of house (1 hour) 3. Trim 3-4 very small bushes that are encroaching onto the pavement (0.5 hours) 4. Pull up weeds from between all paving/decking at side and rear of house. (1-2 hours) The house is a 2 storey, three bedroom with some high gutters that are a bit awkward to get to. There is an outdoor tap for water. Any day that suits you should be fine to do the work.
