A recent heat pump installation has exposed a water tightness issues through a hardie board cladding system. There are visable cracks in the cladding, which we have attempted to seal. Also, some flashing may have been damaged during the heat pump installation. We are looking for the following : a) inspect and identify repairs required with estimate and timeframe. b) recommended approach to instruct heat pump re-install.
