Builder: Rotten window frame, flashing over meter box, and high moisture reading

Hi, We're looking for a builder to help with a few jobs: 1. On the exterior, the bottom of the kitchen window frame has some rot and needs to be replaced - we're not sure the extent of the damage. There are some other spots around the house that aren't as bad but need to be remedied at some point - if you could provide some guidance on a maintenance plan/priority list that would be great. 2. Installing a small flashing over the meter box outside to protect from rain. 3. The bottom right corner of the back garden door gives a very high moisture reading. A builders report (when we bought the property last year) recommended investigating this further to ensure there is no leak. Cheers
