The following areas need repair:: 1) Exterior wall of house is partially below the neighbours path, some weatherboards have rotted away from previous prolonged water exposure 2) Lower Studs inside wall have rotted away We require the exterior house wall to be repaired (about 3 weatherboards/hardyboards?) 3) wooden panel needed to cover brick wall/house join to prevent rain access 4) Shed internal frame to be repaired (shed roof leak has been resolved) I can send a word doc with more pictures/info. Craig mismeasured leaving gaps in wall, & ongoing water issues. a) 3cm x 2m gap behind weatherboard (see pics). I could put fingers into wall from outside. I asked Craig multi-times to return & fix with carpentry, instead he piped silicon along the base. This removed wall protective drip-break. Problem now rainwater runs down wall across silicon bridge & pools water below house-room. b) 8cm corner join+frame gap. I need to pay 2nd builder to repair items because Craig says he wont rectify
