Two jobs: 1: Repair outdoor timber step and doorframe. 2: Install lino

Outdoor step has become sodden and is breaking off. The moisture doesnt look like its penetrated the doorframe but further investigation will tell. The step will need to be replaced. We would also like the small carpeted room behind this door to be replaced with lino. The room measures 2200x1650mm. Would like to match to lino in photo if possible.
