Handyman needed for 1 hour

I have been dealing with a leak after rain around my windows. The gib is already off so I just need to find where exactly the water is coming through so I know what to fix. Option to also take job of regibbing after fix. If framing/more gib needs to come off to find it that's fine. Photos of the moisture below. There is a hose directly outside and I can assist with figuring it out.
