Screw Stainless Steel Shelf To Gib Wall

I need someone to attach a stainless steel shelf ( 2000 x 300 mm) with three brackets to a gib wall in my pop up shop. The shelf will have ceramics, books, and bags on display so needs to be sturdy. Job has to be done any time between 10am - 6pm on Thursday 30th November on Wakefield Street near the bottom of Cuba St.
