I have handyman jobs at 3 central locations in Wellington: 1. The 5 (joined) post boxes at a small block of flats , in Te Aro, need sanding + painting: undercoat and 2 top coats White colour. 2. The top part/ roof of the 4 wooden, joined, mail boxes ( at a 4 flat property in Berhampore ) is a single piece of wood, which is delaminating; it needs replacing with treated wood, and painting. 3. The back garden gate at a rental property in Brooklyn road, Wellington, does not shut properly, as it is out of alignment., and one cannot secure the bolt. It needs to be adjusted I would do these jobs myself, but i have recently moved to Auckland.
