We have an approx. 40m2 deck which needs some attention, the boards themselves have seen better days (including one spot where it was weak enough to put my foot through) and there is a sag on one side which will need resolving, this is included in the photos. There is a set of stairs up to the deck that will also need repairing and the wind break on the N/NW side has work required with the boarding on the non-deck side needing replacing.
