Stair repair and install towel rail

Hoping to find someone who can do both. 1. Stair repair It is a carpet two step stairs. The bottom step tread is damaged and needs to be replaced. The carpet ends at the top of the bottom step, so it should be easy to pull out, and put on again after. 2. Install towel rail in bathroom. Have purchased a new unheated 7 bar towel rail, to replace the existing one. Would like the nail holes, that the existing one would leave to be filled/covered too. Looking for someone for this week, or the week after next week.
