Awning construction and install

I need a simple awning built and painted, and then installed over a window. Paint is a Resene white. The window is on a second storey but there will be scaffolding up to enable install. Awning is just for shade so flashing to weatherboard not required, just position under the weatherboard lip and silicone the join. Job is straightforward, looking for someone who can be practical in approach and achieve a tidy finish. A photo example of the sort of awning I am after is attached, also a picture of house to show where the awning goes (over the top left window) and also the awning below - would like to match as close to this one as can. Job to be completed within the next few weeks, will advise once scaffolding up.
