7 Aorangi Terrace - Broken door lock and mouldy shower base board

Hi, Can you do a job in one of our properties in 7 Aorangi Terrace, Thorndon, Wellington? The issues are the following: 1. There is a broken lock on the living room French doors. 2. There is quite a bit of mould on the baseboard next to the shower. I suspect the board is rotten and needs replacing. Suggest someone needs to find exactly where the water is coming from. Please advise if you could attend and I will send contact details. Additionally, we pay out invoices on the 20th of the next month. Thank you.  Regards,  KITT Property Management
