Decking and window frame repair plus Kitchen bench replacement - help needed

Hello, we have a number of tasks that we'd like taken care of before we put our apartment on the market. - repair crack and divots in outside path - replace a couple of deck planks - replace rotten deck joist - replace rotten part of outside window frame - replace kitchen benchtop, install sink and taps - make good some of the kitchen wall which has warped/removed wallpaper As you can see there are a fair few things we're hoping to get squared off, ideally over the next few weeks.
