Shower head holder replacement and kitchen cupboard doors reattached

Minor work at an apartment I own in Mt Cook Wellington. Two things. pics attached to show current state. First, reattach three kitchen cupboards with broken or unattached hinges. All three doors are still there but two are completely off and one is hanging off at an angle. Second thing is the shower head is one of those that sits in a holder that clamps to a vertical pole and people can use it like that or take it off. The rotating part that holds the thin end of the shower head doesn't hold itself up any more. Tenants have resorted to a cable tie to hold the head up. Basically need that part replaced. Current shower head and pipe seem fine, it's just the moveable holding part.

Fabulous. Kept me up to date on stuff and provided thoughts on best way forward. Great advice about choice of replacement shower head, tenants are very happy with result, and with their interactions with Adam. Cupboard doors (the original brief) all good. Great price. Adam will be my first port of call going forward!
