Replacing toilet seat, fixing oven and furniture to wall

We’re trying to put in a “family” toilet seat, but are having trouble removing the old Duravit seat - some screws are stuck. So would appreciate some expert help getting the old fixtures removed and putting the new seat on. Would be keen to get this sorted this week if possible since we’re currently without a toilet seat fixed on!
