Hi, I have a few small jobs I need help with at a rental property, they include: - Putting up a wallpaper patch (less than 1 sq m) on a ceiling repair and touch-up painting - Repair of two wooden gates that have started to come apart (wood is in reasonable state) - An assessment and some possible repairs to an outdoor storage area (wooden frame with clearlite roof) - replacing damaged carpet in a wardrobe (I have spare carpet) - addressing a couple of loose towel rails There may be some other bits and pieces that emerge as well.
