Repair bookshelf

We have a small bookshelf were the screws have come loose and it is now on a severe lean. The screws are rusted in and can't be tightened. It's cheap wood, but we'd like to keep it as it is the right size for our space. We think it needs a backing board cut for it and attached to make it stand up straight again. Timing - as soon as someone is availalbe.
