Two small tasks

At my Uncle's flat we need two small jobs done: 1. Bookcase needs to be properly secured to a concrete wall. 2. The front door is letting in a lot of draft and has some bowing at the bottom from previous weather events. This either needs a weather guard/strip attached or perhaps replacement? My uncle has dementia so a time needs to be arranged to attend and scope the job that suits either myself or my sister as he is unreliable to be there. not in a huge rush but would be good if done before Xmas period.
