Replace extractor fan cover under second-story roof

The cover of one of our ventilation fans has come off (guessing from wind) and is long gone. With the cover missing, birds are nesting in the cavity and possibly damaging the foil tubing in the roof, unsure if the fan itself is damaged. We need to have the cover replaced to match the one next to it, and repair the fan if required. I'd guess around 7-8M up, we don't have a ladder tall enough to reach it,
