General Maintenace

Hi, I was wondering if you could assist me with some minor maintenance work. Things like Minor plastering work. Replacement of exhaust fan Replacement of door Waterproofing around the bath Possible replacement of shower hose and shower head I can send you some pics if that helps. We are in Owhiro Bay, Wellington. I currently live in this house and will be renting it out in Nov. Would you be able to assist with any rental maintenance that may come up in future too ?
