Handy-person for small jobs at rental property

We have a rental property in Island Bay (Frobisher Street) and I'm looking for a reliable, experienced, local handyperson who can be my go-to person for small maintenance jobs around the property as they come up. Two of the tenants are women who work from home so I'm looking for someone who is friendly but unobtrusive. The job I'd like to have done reasonably urgently is replacement of two window latches (on an aluminum window) which have corroded. One has fallen off completely. I'm also keen to get the following non-urgent things sorted within the next few weeks: 1. Some peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling 2. Vinyl flooring lifting in one area of the bathroom 3. Either water-blasting or spraying Wet & Forget (or similar) on the mouldy concrete areas outside. If you're interested please tell me a bit about your experience and let me know your hourly rate.
