General repairs and maintenance to small property.

Tradesperson required for the following repairs and maintenance to a small rental property: - Replace and affix front door (we have picked a door from bunnings selection, can purchase for collection). - Repair or replace loose wooden hand rail on external stairs. - Replace bathroom door handle. - Repair interior bathroom door frame. - Plaster damaged walls. - Repaint interior walls/ceiling as necessary. - Fix hinges on bathroom awning window. - Repair/replace wood step at back door. - Fix sticking kitchen cupboards and drawers. Work needs to be completed in 2-3 weeks; some items will need to be quoted/invoiced separately.
