Head flashing/weatherhead required to extractor for bathroom consent

Head flashing required to external bathroom extractor fan - it's for consent purposes so must pass consent as a result. Apparently, it's relatively straightforward, but I haven't the skills or the time :) . Access is a little tricky, but fine. Would like it finished by mid-October. From the council: a weatherhead/head flashing is required for the extractor penetration on the exterior. It should slope away such that it directs water away from the cladding. Also after an external handrail for our flight of steps to the garden. But this is secondary. Thanks!
